TAD Conference 2011 – Review Last Conference Meeting Minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dear TAD members:<\/p>\n

In less than three weeks the 46th TAD biennial conference will take place in
\nBig Spring, which is hosted by SWCID between June 16 to 18, 2011.<\/p>\n

For those who are attending or planning to attend I am enclosing the minutes
\nof the last conference in San Antonio. Here is this opportunity to review
\nthe minutes to save time and paper before they are approved officially as
\nrequired in our bylaws. Indeed, TAD is going green and there will be less
\nhandouts to be given.<\/p>\n

In the new business of the membership meeting, we will need to approve the
\n2009 conference minutes and numerous reports before moving on to the
\nelection of new officers for 2011-2013.<\/p>\n

For further information about the conference, contact Kathy Weldon at
\nkweldon@howardcollege.edu or smeyer@howard.college.edu or go to our website
\nfor the 2011 conference information. Come all, come one and have fun in
\nWest Texas!<\/p>\n
