Save the Date for US Access Board Event 9\/12\/11<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dear Colleague:<\/p>\n

I am writing to let you know that the U.S. Access Board will travel to
\nDallas, Texas in September to hold various public events. On September 12,
\nthe Access Board will conduct a public hearing on proposed guidelines for
\npublic rights-of-way which are due to be released later this summer for
\npublic comment. The Board welcomes comments from people with disabilities,
\nlocal governments, transportation departments, civil engineers, and others
\ninterested in this rulemaking.<\/p>\n

Later in the day, the Board will host panel discussions on ADA requirements
\nand state access codes, access to self-service machines, and other
\nsubjects.<\/p>\n

These events will take place at the Sheraton Dallas on 400 North Olive
\nStreet in Dallas and are free and open to the public. Please share this
\nemail and the attached flyer with others who may be interested in attending.<\/p>\n

I will follow up with additional details on these events. In the meantime,
\nif you have any questions, please let me know.<\/p>\n
