Western Interpreting Network, or WIN, is Texas’ premier deaf-owned
\ninterpreting referral service. We pride ourselves in guaranteeing certified
\ninterpreters and satisfactory experience. According to Bentley Fink,
\nDirector of Interpreting, “Texas has a very large Deaf Community, rivaling
\nthat of Washington, D.C., and it is only fitting that a Deaf-owned company

\nworkforce due to communication barriers and often their potential is

Fink adds: “It is only through constant education streams that we are able
