Non-profits can apply for the ones that will become available as their staff use laptops. The details are below. They plan to distribute soon so this the suggestion is to complete the information asap. One the 4222 form (See below) and IRS non-profit form are received, someone from the state follows up to understand the agency&#8217;s specific  computer needs and tries to find a match. The computers will<br \/>\nnot come with software, so the non-profits that get them will have to get their own software.
