IMPORTANT RULES
\nUse your highest USBC final average of 2010-2011, if your current average as
\nFebruary 1, 2012 after 21 games is ten (10) or more pins than the final
\naverage, your current average must be used. If no average of last year, use
\nhighest USBC average of this year at time of entry at least 21 games. All
\nother bowl Scratch – Rule 319b – Non-league bowler can qualify by paying
\n$21.00 affiliate USBC meembership fee – possible re-rating depends on
\nwinning over $600.00 per event within previous 12 months, this rule will
\napply to all participants. If the bowler does not accept the re-rated
\naverage, the entry fee shall be refunded – Rule 319a-3, 319-d, and\/or
\nTournament Re-Rating System apply to all participants – Tournament Director
\nreserves the right to refuse any entries.<\/p>\n
