The Outreach Specialist will also be<br \/>\nresponsible for the installation or training of products and features. The<br \/>\nspecialist will ensure the follow up of superb customer service, to ensure<br \/>\ncustomer loyalty.<\/p>\n<p>* 80% of the time will be focusing on selling Company products and services<br \/>\n* Is responsible for prospecting new customers in residential and consumer<br \/>\naccounts.<br \/>\n* Aggressively hunt for new business opportunities using creative sales<br \/>\nmethods while managing the entire sales process from prospecting to close.<br \/>\n* Collaborate with manager to develop a strategic plan to generate leads<br \/>\nthrough prospecting multiple sources such as: cold calling, guerilla<br \/>\nmarketing, field events, referrals, and email campaigns.<br \/>\n* Build a healthy opportunity sales pipeline to achieve and exceed<br \/>\nweekly\/monthly\/annual sales quota<br \/>\n* Develop and deliver comprehensive sales presentations tailored to the<br \/>\nneeds of the individual consumer to showcase our cutting edge solutions.<br \/>\n* Prospect, qualify, solidify relationships, overcome objections, and close<br \/>\nnew accounts; proactively follow up with potential buyers and create urgency<br \/>\nto grow customer base.<br \/>\n* Manufacture and nurture relationships with existing accounts to cultivate<br \/>\nreferrals for new business opportunities.<br \/>\n* Provide ongoing support to customer base to ensure customer satisfaction.<br \/>\n* Become a subject matter expert by acquiring ongoing marketplace<br \/>\nintelligence by researching trends and competitors, reading technology<br \/>\npublications, seeking out learning and development opportunities, and<br \/>\nutilizing internal resources.<br \/>\n* Expect to follow customer standard process<br \/>\n* Will manage device inventory to sell to the customers<br \/>\n* Educate customers on how to use our service<br \/>\n* Installation of endpoint devices<br \/>\n* Provide technical support in the field (home residence and large accounts)<br \/>\nas needed<br \/>\n* Other duties as assigned<\/p>\n<p>Areas of Responsibility:<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Qualification Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>* Knowledge of American Sign Language and Deaf Culture<br \/>\n* Active in the community and energetic team player<br \/>\n* Highly motivated, honest and committed<br \/>\n* Knowledge of, and experience with, providing technology support<br \/>\n* Comfortable with teaching others<br \/>\n* Effective teaching and communication skills<br \/>\n* Able to produce reports regarding installation, feedback, etc<br \/>\n* Good time management skills<br \/>\n* Strong work ethic<br \/>\n* Ability to maintain confidentiality of customers<br \/>\n* Strong presentation skills<br \/>\n* Troubleshooting any issue that may arise<br \/>\n* Computer and Software literacy<br \/>\n* Experience with any other video phone devices<br \/>\n* Welcoming and enthusiastic personality<br \/>\n* Is self-assured and confident in a variety of settings.
