Obituary: Buck Lynch<\/strong><\/p>\n

TEMPLE, TEXAS \u2014 Buck Linsten Lynch, 66, passed away peacefully at his
\nresidence on Tuesday, August 9, 2011, surrounded by family. Buck was born on
\nOctober 14, 1944, to Arthur and Lila Lynch in Matador, and raised in
\nWhiteflat, Texas.<\/p>\n

Buck was known for his great sense of humor and he was always so full of
\nlife. Being deaf didn\u2019t hold him back from anything. He enjoyed life with
\nhis many deaf friends, and most of all with his family. Buck retired in 1997
\nafter more than 30 years of work as a printer. Growing up, Buck attended the
\nTexas School for the Deaf in Austin, where he learned the trade of
\nprinting.<\/p>\n

He is preceded in death by his parents and three brothers. He is survived by
\nhis two sisters, Lola Allison and Martha Woodard of Amarillo; wife of 40
\nyears Frances Taylor-Lynch; step-daughter Betty Fernandini; daughters Lisa
\nGodsil and husband Kevin, and Molly Elliott; son Wayne Lynch and wife Pen,
\nand six grandchildren.<\/p>\n

Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m.\u20148:00 p.m. at Crawford-Bowers Funeral
\nHome on Thursday, August 11, 2011. Graveside services will be held at 10:00
\na.m. at Greathouse Cemetery.<\/p>\n
