Texas Hands & Voices is excited to announce the search for an Executive
\nDirector! This is a flexible, part-time, work-from-home position with the
\nfollowing requirements:<\/p>\n

Required Experience:<\/p>\n

* Non-profit leadership experience and organizational development preferred
\n* Knowledge of local. regional and national resources for families with
\ndeaf\/hard of hearing children preferred
\n* Finance, fundraising and grant writing experience
\n* Development and facilitation of workshop\/conferences, including public
\nspeaking
\n* Human resource\/supervisory experience
\n* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required; Experience
\nwith Filemaker Pro, FormStack or similar online registration system and
\n\u201cGoTo Meeting\u201d or similar online webinar service preferred<\/p>\n

Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree or equal education\/experience
\ncombination<\/p>\n

Security Clearance Required: Yes<\/p>\n
