Do you know anyone who is hard of hearing and needs help understanding conversations through the phone? <\/p>\n
They can qualify for a free CapTel through the STAP Program of Texas. <\/p>\n
Do you have a CapTel (Captioned Telephone) but don’t know how to use it? <\/p>\n
You can get a free hands on training on how to use your CapTel at your home or office. <\/p>\n
CapTel Service is provided free through the Relay Texas Program. CapTel is available for hard of hearing people or those who have some hearing loss. It works like a regular phone but comes with captions and an amplifier.<\/p>\n
