\nadvocate John Henneberger from the Texas Low Income Housing Information
\nService. He will update us on changes to state and federal housing programs,
\nand how they will impact us if approved.<\/p>\n

Good morning\/afternoon. I am calling from Houston Center for Independent
\nLiving (HCIL). We’re calling with a reminder that we are holding our next
\nHCIL Consumer Housing Council meeting on Wednesday, November 9th, from
\n1:00-3:00 p.m. Our guest speaker will be John Henneberger, the Director of
\nthe Texas Low Income Housing Information Service in Austin, Texas. John is a
\nlong time advocate and will be speaking about how their program educates
\npeople about housing programs and resources, and empowers people to take the
\ninitiative to change their community to create more decent, affordable
\nhousing for Texans. He will also discuss current issues in Texas and
\nnationally that will affect how we are able to live.<\/p>\n
