There’s still time to register for our exciting ESOL Class for Deaf students this summer. If you are a recent high school graduate or have been away from college for awhile, or just want to improve your Reading Skills, we have the perfect class for YOU!<\/p>\n
Classes start on Tuesday, May 29 from 1:25 \u2013 4:00 pm. See the schedule below for more information.<\/p>\n
If you are interested, PLEASE come to the RVS Campus on Tuesday May 29 to get signed up for the class. Since I will be off next week, you will need to meet with Lori Bowman for advising and registration…Thanks Lori J !<\/p>\n
To be eligible for the Tuition Waiver, you must bring:<\/p>\n
Certificate of Deafness from DRS or Audiogram not more than 3 years old
\nLetter of Recommendation from a Teacher, Counselor or other Professional<\/p>\n
A short paragraph stating your goals and reason for attending ACC<\/p>\n
This class will be lots of fun and a good way to being your college experience\u2026both instructors are fluent in ASL and will team-teach the class so you will have plenty of attention and enjoy a fun way to improve your Reading Comprehension skills too!<\/p>\n
