Video Remote Interpreting at SSA office – Austin<\/strong><\/p>\n

Greetings,<\/p>\n

I am writing to notify you of an exciting new service available in our
\noffice. In an effort to better serve the deaf and hard of hearing
\npopulation in the greater Austin area, we are now able to provide an
\ninterpreter whenever necessary for interviews in our office using video
\nremote services. Appointments for initial claims are available every day
\nof the week and can be made by contacting our national toll free line at
\n1-800-772-1213 or using TTY at 1-800-325-0778.<\/p>\n

Additionally, the video remote interpreters are available on a walk in basis
\nevery day of the week for any other service needs. Our office is open
\nMonday through Friday from 9 am to 3:30 pm.<\/p>\n

Please help us spread the word to the community via email or in person
\ncontact that they can receive services from us any day of the week now
\nthanks to this new technology. Should you have any questions, please do not
