RID or BEI Certification required.<\/p>\n<p>Level I pay begins at $26,000 for 187 work days.  (You are paid through the summer.)  Increment is given for years of experience.  Higher skill level interpreters have a higher pay scale. <\/p>\n<p>Benefits include medical, dental, life insurance, sick days, Texas Teacher&#8217;s Retirement contributions, and staff development with BEI CEUs.  We also have a Level V interpreter for mentoring and skill development training.<\/p>\n<p>Interpreters do not have teacher aide duties in our program.
