I am sending this information to let everyone know that Prairie Ranch Apartments is one of the newest apartment communities in Grand Prairie, Texas that is offering Audio\/Visual Ready Apartments. <\/p>\n

I want to thank you for giving me the opportunity of sending you this information about the wonderful things that Prairie Ranch Apartments has to offer you. I am looking forward to providing you with a comfortable apartment that you can call home.<\/p>\n

Our community offers garages, covered parking, a sparkling swimming pool, fitness center, youth activity center, laundry facility, 2 playgrounds, business center, clubroom, and much more.<\/p>\n

Our apartments consist of a variety of spacious floor plans that will have wall to wall carpeting, tiled entry ways, energy efficient appliances, extra storage, private balconies, and plenty of closet space. Your apartment home will also have full size washer and dryer connections, and gas hot water heaters. <\/p>\n

I have enclosed some leasing information for you, a copy of our brochure, and plans of the apartments that are equipped with the Audio\/Visual Ready Features. <\/p>\n

At this time we have a two bedroom left, and a one bedroom left with an attached garage.<\/p>\n
