The Dallas Black Deaf Advocates (DBDA) Chapter 15 wants you to come and join

The Dallas Black Deaf Advocates (DBDA) Chapter 15 is a largest consumer
\norganization of Deaf & Hard of Hearing people of color established in 1993
\nin Dallas, Texas for those Deaf and Hard of hearing African-Americans who
\nwere not adequately represented in leadership and policy decision-making
\nactivities affecting their lives.<\/p>\n
