Narrative:<\/p>\n

This workshop will play with the English language and how it is expressed in ASL. Idioms and clich\u00e9\u2019s are commonplace in the\u00a0English language and often present a challenge to express. We will share our understanding of these forms of language, how we\u00a0present the meaning in ASL, and maintain the \u201cflavor\u201d while expanding to include the concept. We will focus on the meaning of the\u00a0idiom\/clich\u00e9, signing, receptive\/voicing skills and feedback, as well as filming and sharing our signs used via DVD.<\/p>\n
