\nfamilies of deaf and hard of hearing children in your area of Texas!<\/p>\n

To receive support for hosting an event in your local area, follow
\nthese easy steps:
\nReview the Event Support Handbook http:\/\/www.txhandsandvoices.org<\/a><\/p>\n

Apply for Event Support
\n http:\/\/www.txhandsandvoices.org\/office\/esrform<\/a><\/p>\n

Once accepted, host a social-informational event or training for
\nfamilies with children who are deaf or hard of hearing and submit your
\nreport.<\/p>\n

Texas Hands & Voices aims to create a strong network of families and
\nprofessionals across the state. Through the Event Support Program,
\nTexas parents & families of D\/HH children, and professionals who serve
\nthem may request up to $150 per event in reimbursement funds to host a
\nsocial\/informational event or training for parents and families with
\nchildren who are deaf or hard of hearing.<\/p>\n

Offered in partnership with the Educational Resource Center on Deafness
\n(ERCOD)and partial funding from an alliance with HLAA Walk 4 Hearing<\/p>\n
