UPDATED: APD Training Academy – Austin<\/strong><\/p>\n

Note: APD = Austin Police Department<\/em><\/p>\n

On Feb 21-22, I need COMMITTED participants to come to The APD Training
\nAcademy. On Feb 21, we will be working from 6pm until approximately
\n1am. Before that night ends we will announce start time for the 22nd,
\nbut we anticipate it will be 5pm if they still need us.<\/p>\n

We did this last fall and had a GREAT time and learned a lot about APD
\nas they learned a lot about communicating with the Deaf.<\/p>\n

We are also in need of deaf men for the role plays!!! I will need your
\nname, date of birth, and id number. You MUST have a clean background
\ncheck to participate.<\/p>\n

We will be providing pizza and drinks the nights of the role plays, but
\nwe unfortunately, will not be able to pay anyone- this is a volunteer
\nactivity.<\/p>\n

Please let me know if you are still planning to join us, if you have
\nany friends that would like to join us, and if you have any pizza or
\ndrink requirements. Remember- your friends must have a clean
\nbackground check.<\/p>\n
