About Dr. Penilla:<\/p>\n

Dr Adan Penilla II, NAD IV, NIC, CI\/CT, and SC: L is currently employed
\nas a VRS interpreter. He also works at Colorado State University as
\nan ASL instructor and Pueblo Community College as an English
\ninstructor. He freelance interprets for the Colorado 10th Circuit Court
\nand the Pueblo, Police Department. He is also a mentor for the Colorado
\nRID for court room interpreting. Dr. Penilla was an interpreter for the
\nAmerican Delegation at the World Federation of the Deaf (Vienna 1995).<\/p>\n

He has authored:<\/p>\n

* The Middle East in ASL,
\n* Countries from around the World in ASL,
\n* Cities from around the World in ASL,
\n* Name Sign Properties in ASL,
\n* Quick Study Bar Charts in ASL (1st and 2nd ed.), and
\n* Signing for Dummies, 2nd edition (2012).<\/p>\n

His work for Signs of Development includes:<\/p>\n

Dr. Penilla also lectures at National, State, and various educational
