JEAN MASSIEU ACADEMY SEEKING A SUPERINTENDENT \/ PRINCIPAL – DFW<\/strong><\/p>\n

Jean Massieu Academy is seeking a superintendent \/ principal to join
\ntheir dynamic team in a public charter school setting.<\/p>\n

The goal of Jean Massieu Academy is to promote educational excellence
\nfor children from early childhood through Grade 12 using innovative
\nteaching models. The academy was originally founded to serve deaf
\nstudents throughout the Dallas \/ Fort Worth (Texas) metroplex. As an
\nopen-enrollment charter school, JMA now serves over 175 students,
\napproximately 5% of which are deaf or hard of hearing. English is the
\nprimary language of instruction with American Sign Language provided
\nfor the deaf population and as second language acquisition for hearing
\nstudents. JMA is proud to provide small class sizes, highly qualified
\nteachers, and individualized education through bilingual \/ bicultural
\ncommunication.<\/p>\n
