Total Wellness Austin is partnering with certified yoga teacher, Mandi
\nChase Wolfe, to provide signed yoga classes to the Austin community!
\nPAH!<\/p>\n

Mandi Chase Wolfe has been signing since the age of sixteen and has
\nbeen actively doing yoga for six years. It has been her calling to
\ncombine the two into a Visual Yoga practice using creative techniques
\nbased on the Kundalini tradition, and it starts next week! The first
\nclass will be held Friday March 23rd.<\/p>\n

Classes are weekly on Fridays at 1PM and Saturdays at 10AM, and your
\nfirst class is FREE!<\/p>\n

Visual Yoga is a silent class done completely in American Sign
\nLanguage. Anyone is welcome: experienced or inexperienced, deaf or
\nhearing, young or old. Sessions will focus on strength, breath, and
\nmeditation and will be adapted to meet the needs of each class.<\/p>\n
