Team Leaders Opportunities<\/p>\n

Mission hearts is always looking for Team Leaders, young adults (21 and older) men and women who have a heart to serve, who love people from other cultures, and who have proven skills in working with others. Our Team Leaders are volunteers who have other full-time jobs in various places, once or twice a year they lead mission teams to one or more of the locations where Mission Hearts serves.<\/p>\n

For Mission Hearts team leaders, your entire mission fee and airfare are covered.<\/p>\n

Here are the steps you’ll need to consider in becoming a Team Leader:<\/p>\n

1. Serve on a Mission Hearts service team (Previous short-term mission experience may be acceptable)
\n2. Complete the Application process
\n3. Have basic ASL (American Sign Language) skills
\n4. Manage and record receipts
\n5. Strong people skills or strong management skills, or a blend of both
\n6. Creativity and flexibility to work with constant change
\n7. Provide 3 references
\n8. Participants must be in good health.
\n9. When traveling to other countries participants will be expected to comply with immunizations, and health standards required.
\n10. Participants are responsible to meet all passport requirements.
