Deaf Friendly Dentist – Austin<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hello, My name is Teri (Theresa) Heyrman. I would like to introduce the company I work for, Austin Smiles. Recently, Dr. Massa hired me, a deaf hygienist, to work for her company. I have been in the dental field for the past 11 years and have a keen ability to help the patients, both hearing and deaf, understand their dental needs, care, and the treatment procedures.<\/p>\n

I would love to bring awareness to the deaf community in Austin, that they can now go to a deaf hygienist at Austin Smiles. Dr. Massa also has an assistant who knows sign language, as well. Appointments are made with the appointment desk Monday through Friday at 512-458-3111 or you may request your appointment online. (http:\/\/www.austinsmiles.com<\/a>). Eventually, a videophone will be installed so the deaf patients can call directly to the hygienist\/dental assistant. We look forward to have the opportunity to be of service.<\/p>\n
