Job Accommodation Network (JAN) recently launched series of “Just-In-Time” training modules can be used by businesses of all sizes to educate staff members with hiring and managerial responsibilities about the fundamentals of workplace accommodations and other important issues related to applicants and employees with disabilities.<\/p>\n

Fully accessible, these “turn-key” curricula offer a FREE and easy way for organizations to demonstrate a commitment to a disability-friendly workplace and diligence in ensuring all employees understand their responsibilities in fulfilling that commitment.<\/p>\n

Topics for the first two modules in the series include:<\/p>\n

Interactive Process \u2014 This 23-minute module provides a sample step-by-step process that employers can use in their own workplaces to help them successfully accommodate applicants or employees.<\/p>\n

Understanding and Applying the ADAAA and Its Regulations \u2014 This 43-minute training module provides information on the ADA Amendments Act (ADAAA) and uses real-life examples from JAN’s case study library.<\/p>\n
