About the Presenters:<\/p>\n

Margarita Vasquez serves as the Deafness Resource Specialist for the
\nUpper South Texas Region. She is contracted under the Office for Deaf
\nand Hard of Hearing Services\/DARS to serve as the liason\/advocate for
\nthose that are Deaf and\/or Hard of Hearing in obtaining Communication
\nAccess. She has her AAS in Deaf Support and is a certified BEI
\ninterpreter.<\/p>\n

Sara Filippone is the Hearing Loss Resource Specialist for the Upper
\nSouth Texas Region. She is contracted under the Office for Deaf and
\nHard of Hearing Services\/DARS. Sara Filippone is certified by The
\nAmerican Academy of Hearing Loss Support Specialist. She serves both
\nthe Deaf and Hard Funded by Service program of: of Hearing in helping
\nto identify solutions based on individual needs and their families to
\nhelp improve the quality of their lives by providing essential training
\nand information on technology.<\/p>\n
