4th Annual McKinney Deaf Club Picnic<\/strong><\/p>\n

Please, Come and Have FUN!!<\/p>\n

When: June 9, 2012 Rain or Shine<\/p>\n

Where:
\nTowne Lake Park
\n1405 Wilson Creek Pkwy
\nMcKinney, Texas 75070<\/p>\n

Exit 39 then follow our signs to the picnic shelter<\/p>\n

Note: There will be signs set up near the park for anyone to find and
\nfollow to our picnic site.<\/p>\n

Time: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.<\/p>\n

Cost:
\n$5.00 a plate per adult with one free drink (soda or water)
\n$3.00 a plate per kid with one free drink (soda or water)<\/p>\n

If you want to buy more drinks, it will cost $1.00 per person<\/p>\n

Lunch will be served \u2013 Hot dogs or hamburgers, Pork Beans, Chips and
\ndrinks<\/p>\n

Bring: Please bring your own lawn chairs, blankets, and Sunscreen<\/p>\n

Bring your family and friends<\/p>\n

Raffles: We will sell the raffle tickets at our admission table or seek
\nout of our officers to purchase them. It is a $5.00 per ticket and we
\nwill give away four cool prizes at the picnic at 2 p.m. when we
\nannounce the winners. Please come and buy raffle tickets.<\/p>\n

Activities: Moonwalker, Face painting, Games and Crafts for the
\nchildren<\/p>\n

For Adult Activities \u2013 they can bring their own games to play if they
\nlike to.<\/p>\n

There will be several booths to advertise at our picnic. SorensonVRS,
\nZVRS and others will show their products. Please come and meet them
\nfor more information or to ask technical questions.<\/p>\n

For those people who are attending the picnic, they will wear blue
\nwaistband that they already paid for the lunch. Please keep it on if
\nyou are planning to attend the social night as it will be your free
\nadmission to get in. If no waistband, you will be prompted to pay the
\nsocial night admission.<\/p>\n

After Picnic, Go to Social Night<\/p>\n

\nVFW Post 2150
\n1710 N. Church St
\nMcKinney, Texas 75070<\/p>\n

Time: 7 p.m. to 12 a.m.<\/p>\n

We will start the first table shuffleboard tournament this coming
\nSaturday and we will host it on every month when McKDC hosts a social
\nnight. If interested, you can join to play the shuffleboard tournament
\nto win money prizes. The entry fee will be announced at the clubhouse.
\nPlease come and join to have fun.<\/p>\n

If you want to become a member , you can join as a single membership
\nonly for $10.00 per year or family membership only for $15.00 per
\nyear. Please ask for the membership form in person or you can obtain
\none from our McKDC website.<\/p>\n

\nunder \u201cMembership\u201d page or you can fill out in person at the McKDC
\nclubhouse (VFW) during the general meeting or social night. Thank you.<\/p>\n
