\nMotion for Judgment on the Pleadings seeking dismissal of the case.
\nThe District Court of Massachusetts is the first court in the country
\nto hold that the Americans with Disabilities Act (\u201cADA\u201d) applies to
\nwebsite-only businesses.<\/p>\n

\nin 1988 and this year the CSUN, NTID\/RIT and Gallaudet University teams
\nwill be joined by three all-new teams: Howard College at SWCID, the
\nUniversity of Minnesota and the University of Texas at Austin.<\/p>\n
