Dr. Michael Moore was selected as an interim provost of Gallaudet University during the 2006 FSSA protest. He was born and raised in Dallas. During his early adulthood, he was an outstanding deaf leader in Texas before moving to Washington, D.C. to become a professor of Chemistry for Gallaudet University’s Department of Chemsitry and Physics. He has taught students for years and he has received numerous national honors and awards.<\/p>\n
