The Outreach<br \/>\nSpecialist will also be responsible for the installation of products<br \/>\nand will ensure the follow up of superb customer service, to ensure<br \/>\ncustomer loyalty.<\/p>\n<p>Areas of Responsibility:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Installation of endpoint devices<br \/>\n\u2022 Aggressively drive revenue growth through superior customer service<br \/>\nand product knowledge<br \/>\n\u2022 Provide technical support in the field (home residence and large<br \/>\naccounts)<br \/>\n\u2022 Provide and attend workshops and other local Purple events in the<br \/>\ncommunity<br \/>\n\u2022 Provide onsite customer service support to the community at call<br \/>\ncenters &#8211; a minimum of once a week<br \/>\n\u2022 Training and coaching the field reps<br \/>\n\u2022 Educate customers on our service<br \/>\n\u2022 Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with customers and the<br \/>\ncommunity\u2022 Will manage device inventory to sell to the customers<br \/>\n\u2022 Building relationships within the community and with our customers<br \/>\n\u2022 Listen to and evaluate customer needs and recommend\/develop solutions<br \/>\nfor customer<br \/>\n\u2022 Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity<br \/>\n\u2022 Other duties as assigned<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Qualification Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Knowledge of American Sign Language and Deaf Culture is required<br \/>\n\u2022 Active in the community and energetic team player<br \/>\n\u2022 Highly motivated, honest and committed<br \/>\n\u2022 Knowledge of, and experience with, providing technology support<br \/>\n\u2022 Comfortable with teaching others<br \/>\n\u2022 Effective teaching and communication skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Able to produce reports regarding installation, feedback, etc<br \/>\n\u2022 Good time management skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong work ethic<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to maintain confidentiality of customers<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong presentation skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Troubleshooting any issue that may arise<br \/>\n\u2022 Computer and Software literacy<br \/>\n\u2022 Experience with any other video phone devices<br \/>\n\u2022 Welcoming and enthusiastic personality<br \/>\n\u2022 Is self-assured and confident in a variety of settings. Has a strong<br \/>\nbelief in own capabilities.<br \/>\n\u2022 Able to work a variety of hours\/shifts<br \/>\n\u2022 Able to travel up to 80% as needed<\/p>\n<p>Physical Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>Employees may experience the following physical demands for extended<br \/>\nperiods of time:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Sitting, standing and walking (95-100%)<br \/>\n\u2022 Keyboarding (40-60%)<br \/>\n\u2022 Viewing computer monitor, videophone, and pager requiring close<br \/>\nvision (40-60%)<br \/>\n\u2022 May be required to set up at events, requiring balance and lifting up<br \/>\nto (50 pounds), and may lift or move boxes (up to 10 pounds)<\/p>\n<p>Work Environment:<\/p>\n<p>Work is performed in a business office environment.
