The minimum acceptable SLPI level for<br \/>\neffective job performance is Superior.<\/p>\n<p>Possession of an Ancillary Provisional Certificate, Ancillary<br \/>\nGrandfather Certificate, and\/or Qualified Ancillary Certificate issued<br \/>\nby the Louisiana Department of Education.<\/p>\n<p>Possession of good human relations skills.<\/p>\n<p>Must become an LSDVI approved driver.<\/p>\n<p>SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION:<br \/>\nRELEASE OF ASSESSMENT AND EVALUATION INFORMATION: La. R.S. 17:3884(D)<br \/>\nrequires that any school board wishing to hire a person who has been<br \/>\nassessed or evaluated pursuant to the Children First Act, La. R.S.<br \/>\n17:3871, et seq., whether that person is already employed by that<br \/>\nschool system or not, shall request such person\u2019s assessment and<br \/>\nevaluation results as part of the application process. Please be<br \/>\nadvised that, as part of the mandated process, your previous assessment<br \/>\nand evaluation results will be requested.
