I am a PhD student in the Linguistics department at the University of
\nTexas and in the fall I will be conducting a research study which
\nexamines fingerspelling in ASL. I am looking for a Deaf (preferably
\nDeaf of Deaf) research assistant to assist with data collection and
\npossibly data coding and analysis.<\/p>\n

The ideal candidate has a flexible schedule and can come to the sign
\nlanguage lab at UT Austin for data collection throughout the fall
\nsemester and is available on (some) weekends.<\/p>\n

The position pays $15\/hour and could possibly be renewed in the spring
\nsemester. Please contact me if you are interested in learning more
