Communication Service for the Deaf, Inc (CSD) is seeking an
\nexperienced, dynamic leader who is a strategic thinker, effective
\nmanager and communicator with excellent business sense and finance
\nskills to fill the Executive position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO).<\/p>\n

This position is responsible for the overall financial and budgetary
\nfunctions of CSD, which includes planning and supervision of all
\naccounting activities, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general
\nledger, investments, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, employee
\nbenefits, purchasing and production of financial statements for all
\nprograms.<\/p>\n

The CFO partners with the President\/Chief Executive Officer and the
\nPresident of Operations on all tactical matters related to budget
\nmanagement, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and securing of
\nnew funding. The CFO also serves as the main external and internal
\npoint of contact for finance-related matters including annual financial
\naudits of CSD financial statements. As a member of the executive
\nleadership team, the CFO will guide cross-divisional teams among main
\nprogram areas, including Relay, Interpreting, Contact Centers, Human
\nServices and other Emerging Programs, with financial and budget needs.<\/p>\n
