If, during the course of the meeting, discussion of any item on the
\nagenda should be held in a closed meeting, the Human Relations
\nCommission will conduct a closed meeting in accordance with the Texas
\nOpen Meetings Act, Government Code, Chapter 551, Subchapters D and E.
\nBefore any closed meeting is convened, the presiding officer will
\npublicly identify the section or sections of the Act authorizing the
\nclosed meeting. All final votes, actions, or decisions will be taken in
\nopen meeting.<\/p>\n

The Hazel Harvey Peace Center for Neighborhoods is wheelchair
\naccessible. Persons with disabilities who plan to attend this meeting
\nand who may need accommodations, auxiliary aids, or services such as
\ninterpreters, readers, or large print are requested to contact Diane
