Wink, holds an NIC (National Interpreter Certification) Master from the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf.<\/p>\n

Formally the Director of Outreach & Video Communications at SLRS (Sign Language Resource Services, Inc). Where he developed the SLRS VRI (Video Remote Interpreting) Program, which includes designing a completely new and unique VRI Module. Windell co- founded and previously served as CEO for a not-for- profit organization, Project\u00a0N.A.D.I.N.E. (National Advocates on Deafness to Inform, Network and Enrich). In 2009 he was elected to serve as parliamentarian for the Oklahoma RID chapter, and later became the Vice- President.<\/p>\n

Wink has written and developed \u00a0ASL DVDs with his company.<\/p>\n

Winkshop, Inc a production company that has a expanding library of over 10 different educational and entertainment products.<\/p>\n
