This interactive workshop will review the factors to consider when
\nmaking the determination of when and if to disclose disability.
\nParticipants will bring job descriptions in which they are interested
\nand during break out sessions determine the essential functions,
\nevaluate their own qualifications, and <\/p>\n

develop, and practice, interview questions for the job. <\/p>\n

Employment: Strategies for Conquering the Beast <\/p>\n

Training for job placement specialist developing business relations. <\/p>\n

Many people are intimidated by the notion of working directly with
\nemployers in the community. This session will focus on strategies for
\n\u001cConquering the Beast\u001d including: networking strategies, information
\ninterviews, advice interviews, developing and fine-tuning that
\n\u001cpick-up line\u001d and team approaches to community job development. <\/p>\n
