SPECIAL ALERT AND INFORMATION! <\/p>\n
As you probably know by now there is a dangerous hurricane headed for
\nthe Gulf of Mexico and will strike somewhere on the gulf coast as
\nearly as Wednesday. Anyone needing to be evacuated may call 211 by
\nrelay (TDD or VP) and ask to be put on a special list. They will
\nassist you in evacuating to a shelter for those with special needs.
\nAt this point we do not know where that shelter will be but as soon
\nas that info come available we will post it in another email. We will
\norganize deaf service within that shelter as soon as possible. <\/p>\n
There will be a Hurricane Readiness Task Force meeting at Woodhaven
\nBaptist Deaf Church, Monday evening August 20th at 7:00 P.M. The
\nmeeting is open to anyone who would like to attend for the latest
\nplans and information. <\/p>\n
