DHHS finishes with Needs Assessment for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Communities throughout the State<\/strong><\/p>\n

Over the last several months Lori Breslow, Director of Office for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services (DARS\/DHHS) and DHHS staff have been travelling to communities throughout Texas to listen to the deaf and hard of hearing communities about their concerns, their hopes and their needs.<\/p>\n

With the San Antonio Needs Assessment now completed, Lori will now compile all the information provided to help DARS and DHHS to prioritize those concerns\/needs and develop a plan of action.<\/p>\n

DHHS would like to take this final opportunity to thank those agencies which partnered with DHHS in each city where a meeting was held by providing food and beverages for those attending.
