Wink, holds an NIC (National Interpreter Certification) Master from the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf.<\/p>\n

Formally the Director of Outreach & Video Communications at SLRS (Sign Language Resource Services, Inc). Where he developed the SLRS VRI (Video Remote Interpreting) Program, which includes designing a completely new and unique VRI Module. Windell co- founded and previously served as CEO for a not-for- profit organization, Project<\/p>\n

N.A.D.I.N.E. (National Advocates on Deafness to Inform, Network and Enrich). In 2009 he was elected to serve as parliamentarian for the Oklahoma RID chapter, and later became the Vice- President.<\/p>\n

Wink has written and developed ASL DVDs with his company<\/p>\n

Winkshop, Inc a production company that has a expanding library of over 10 different educational and entertainment products.<\/p>\n
