The NAD greatly benefited from Mr. Feldman’s leadership and contributions in his role as the Chief Operating Officer for the past three years and wishes him great success in his new endeavors at RID.

“Shane has been an extraordinary colleague to work with and he has proven himself to be a staunch advocate for equality and accessibility for deaf and hard of hearing people over the years at the NAD,” said Howard A. He contributed greatly to Internet Captioning by being part of the effort to pass the 21st Century Video & Communications Accessibility Act and serving on FCC committees that recommended rules that were ultimately implemented. Their unwavering commitment to equal access and equality inspired me to become a better advocate and leader. It was my pleasure, as their COOs, to assist in streamlining the organization to help them achieve their goals. The NAD is in great hands with the staff, contractors, and volunteers.
