The current executive director has been an outstanding leader and has shepherded the organization to a position of national and international prominence, and financial strength. The Board of Trustees seeks to fill the post prior to her retirement July 31, 2013.<\/p>\n<p>The Board is searching for a leader who is visionary, dynamic, diplomatic, highly competent, organized, warm, collaborative and who has excellent people skills.
