The Marketing Content Strategist is the lead professional responsible for supporting the planning and execution of multi-channel promotional campaigns. This individual will be the senior copywriter for our Marketing department and will be responsible for supporting our social media and online marketing presence. The Marketing Content Strategist will also develop and improve content generated throughout our electronic and print communications including our company website, social media, email, press releases and other communication means.<\/p>\n

The Chief Operations Officer (COO) is the company executive that leads and supports the operation of all of the programs and services that we provide throughout the United States and abroad. The COO will provide direction to our operations leadership team who supports our global workforce (including regular full-time, part-time, and contract employees). This position will oversee the divisions of CSD Relay (including its emerging CapTel department), CSD Contact Centers, CSD Interpreting, CSD Human Services and provide guidance and support to the divisional leaders and their teams.<\/p>\n

The Chief Sales and Marketing Officer (CSMO) is the company executive responsible for achieving a global awareness of and demand for the continuum of products, services, and programs provided by CSD. The CSMO will provide strategic planning and management of all sales and business development activities, including market competitiveness, pricing and strategy. The CSMO will also drive the company\u2019s achievement of its customer acquisition and revenue goals as well as evaluate new business opportunities, market conditions, and advancements in technology that may enhance existing or create new revenue streams for CSD. Additionally, the CSMO will oversee sales, marketing and outreach and provide guidance and support to the management and teams.<\/p>\n
