Position: HR Director<\/p>\n

Location: Rocklin, California<\/p>\n

Brief summary of duties: <\/p>\n

Hands On is strategically located in a highly competitive market. Our
\nobjective of providing communication services to the Deaf and Hard of
\nHearing gives us the opportunity to employ motivated and sincere
\nprofessionals. <\/p>\n

Directs employee and management-focused programs, services and
\nconsultation to enhance the organizations performance consistent with
\ncompany’s established mission, vision, values and leadership traits.
\nProvides direction to senior management on HR strategy and policy. <\/p>\n

RESPONSIBILITIES: <\/p>\n

Develops objectives and directs staff in the research, design and
\nexecution of HR related services, programs or initiatives including
\ncompensation, benefits, HRIS, safety, security, training,
\norganizational development, employee relations and recruiting. <\/p>\n

Oversees and implements programs and policies designed to protect the
\nCompany and employee interests in accordance with policies and
\nstate\/federal laws and regulations. <\/p>\n

Develops, tracks and maintains HR related budgets. Ensures
\ndepartments operate within established parameters. <\/p>\n

Interacts with senior management team on organizational development,
\nsuccession planning, and strategic planning. Mentors senior
\nmanagement with respect to human relations and managing staff. <\/p>\n

As necessary, performs other duties as required. <\/p>\n

Minimum Qualification Requirements: <\/p>\n

Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training<\/p>\n

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: <\/p>\n

Requires 12+ years experience in all areas of Human Resources
\nincluding Employee Relations, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits,
\nStrategic Planning and Organizational Development <\/p>\n

Demonstrated experience in strategic HR planning and execution <\/p>\n

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS: <\/p>\n

Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human
\nResources (SPHR) preferred <\/p>\n

ADDITIONAL DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: <\/p>\n

Masters degree in business <\/p>\n

SKILLS AND ABILITIES: <\/p>\n

Advanced Microsoft Office skills <\/p>\n

Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and to
\nestablish and maintain cooperative working relationships with persons
\ncontacted in the course of performing assigned duties including
\nCompany management, investors, and outside business associates <\/p>\n

Strong attention to details <\/p>\n

Ability to lead, mentor and influence senior management on a regular
\nbasis. <\/p>\n

Excellent advocacy and persuasive skills <\/p>\n

Ability to maintain confidentiality <\/p>\n

PROBLEM SOLVING AND DECISION MAKING: <\/p>\n

Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems; ensures
\nsolutions are consistent with organization objectives <\/p>\n

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: <\/p>\n

Manages exempt and nonexempt staff; makes hire, termination,
\npromotion and salary decisions <\/p>\n

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: <\/p>\n

Travel to and from company’s multiple call centers <\/p>\n
