Our<br \/>\nobjective of providing communication services to the Deaf and Hard of<br \/>\nHearing gives us the opportunity to employ motivated and sincere<br \/>\nprofessionals. <\/p>\n<p>Directs employee and management-focused programs, services and<br \/>\nconsultation to enhance the organizations performance consistent with<br \/>\ncompany&#8217;s established mission, vision, values and leadership traits.<br \/>\nProvides direction to senior management on HR strategy and policy. <\/p>\n<p>RESPONSIBILITIES: <\/p>\n<p>Develops objectives and directs staff in the research, design and<br \/>\nexecution of HR related services, programs or initiatives including<br \/>\ncompensation, benefits, HRIS, safety, security, training,<br \/>\norganizational development, employee relations and recruiting. <\/p>\n<p>Oversees and implements programs and policies designed to protect the<br \/>\nCompany and employee interests in accordance with policies and<br \/>\nstate\/federal laws and regulations. <\/p>\n<p>Develops, tracks and maintains HR related budgets. Ensures<br \/>\ndepartments operate within established parameters. <\/p>\n<p>Interacts with senior management team on organizational development,<br \/>\nsuccession planning, and strategic planning. Mentors senior<br \/>\nmanagement with respect to human relations and managing staff. <\/p>\n<p>As necessary, performs other duties as required. <\/p>\n<p>Minimum Qualification Requirements: <\/p>\n<p>Requires a Bachelor&#8217;s degree or equivalent training<\/p>\n<p>KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: <\/p>\n<p>Requires 12+ years experience in all areas of Human Resources<br \/>\nincluding Employee Relations, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits,<br \/>\nStrategic Planning and Organizational Development <\/p>\n<p>Demonstrated experience in strategic HR planning and execution <\/p>\n<p>LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS: <\/p>\n<p>Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human<br \/>\nResources (SPHR) preferred <\/p>\n<p>ADDITIONAL DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: <\/p>\n<p>Masters degree in business <\/p>\n<p>SKILLS AND ABILITIES: <\/p>\n<p>Advanced Microsoft Office skills <\/p>\n<p>Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and to<br \/>\nestablish and maintain cooperative working relationships with persons<br \/>\ncontacted in the course of performing assigned duties including<br \/>\nCompany management, investors, and outside business associates <\/p>\n<p>Strong attention to details <\/p>\n<p>Ability to lead, mentor and influence senior management on a regular<br \/>\nbasis. <\/p>\n<p>Excellent advocacy and persuasive skills <\/p>\n<p>Ability to maintain confidentiality <\/p>\n<p>PROBLEM SOLVING AND DECISION MAKING: <\/p>\n<p>Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems; ensures<br \/>\nsolutions are consistent with organization objectives <\/p>\n<p>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: <\/p>\n<p>Manages exempt and nonexempt staff; makes hire, termination,<br \/>\npromotion and salary decisions <\/p>\n<p>TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: <\/p>\n<p>Travel to and from company&#8217;s multiple call centers <\/p>\n<p>Application deadline: until filled <\/p>\n<p>Our mission is to enhance effective communication.
