IMPORTANT-RULES <\/p>\n

Use your highest USBC final average of 2005 ? 2006, if your current
\naverage as of June 1, 2007 after 21 games is ten(10) or more pins
\nhigher than final average, your current average must be used. If no
\naverage of last year, use your highest USBC average of this year at
\ntime of entry at least 21 games. All other bowl scratch, Rule 319b.
\nNon-league bowler can qualify by paying $19.00 affiliate USBC
\nmembership fee. Possible re-rating depends on winning over $600.00
\nper event within previous 12 months. This rule will apply to all
\nparticipants. If the re-rated average is not accepted by the bowler,
\nthe entry fee shall be refunded. <\/p>\n

Masters <\/p>\n

Ratio: 1 to 3 <\/p>\n

Entry Fee $20.00 <\/p>\n

Top five shall advance to the stepladder finals with highest scratch
\nseries bowled during the individual tournament. Should there are more
\nthan five bowlers qualifying for prizes, but not in the top five shall
\nreceive the prizes without participating in the stepladder finals. <\/p>\n
