This program is part of the Northwest Harris County Cooperative for the Hearing Impaired. Torres currently ranks 16th in his class and will attend the Texas A&M University School of Engineering after graduation. Last fall, Torres helped the Rams\u2019 cross country team place third in the District 17-5A Championships by finishing sixth overall with a time of 17:05.10.<\/p>\n
