CrossFit Classes offered in ASL!!!<\/strong><\/p>\n

I will start offering classes conducted in ASL at Brodie Park Crossfit (BPC) starting on February 19, 2013 on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:45 pm (or 6 pm). If, down the road, there is a lot of interest, we are also maybe considering Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 5:30 am.<\/p>\n

Everybody who is interested in joining the classes will first need to take an intensive 2-session, hour-long Elements class that will train you in the 9 Foundational Movements of CrossFit. This Elements class is priced separately, but MANDATORY if you want to start taking indoor classes with me. This will be offered on February 19th and 21st. A note: BPC’s pricing for this introductory experience is actually one of the best in Austin. Other gyms charge 150-plus for this.<\/p>\n

If you only want to “check out” Crossfit, I highly recommend that you show up to BPC’s free Saturday workouts and maybe even stay for a strength session right after that. 9 am on Saturday. I will be at the gym on February 2nd and 9th from 8:30 am through the free workout in order to best guide you through workouts and answer any questions you might have.<\/p>\n

We offer three different pricing packages, each with three different options based on how often you want to go to the gym. I’ve attached a pdf (please contact me directly for it) outlining this pricing package. And the nice news– students, teachers, and senior citizens get 15% off!<\/p>\n
