In today’s society we are starting to hear the word “chakra” in
\nmainstream media. But, what is a Chakra? Some may say “energy
\ncenters” or “wheels”, but where do they exist? And what do they do
\nfor us? <\/p>\n
This intensive is designed to illuminate our beautiful energetic
\nsystem and answer such questions. You will learn about the basic
\nfoundation of this system (ida, pingala, sushumna nadis) as well as
\nthe properties for each of your seven consciousness centers. <\/p>\n
Also, you will explore your own chakras through creative expression,
\ndiscussion, visual explanations and self-analysis. This insightful
\nday is designed for you to remember your highest potential and then,
\nlearn techniques on how to embody the very essence of your being,
\nwhich in yoga is called Satchidananda… which means existence,
\nknowledge and bliss absolute. <\/p>\n
The Chakra Intensive is offered to the Deaf, hard of hearing and
\nhearing communities as it will be interpreted by very skilled
\ninterpreters. It is offered by donation only. <\/p>\n
