CSD is currently seeking talented individuals for the following positions (based in Austin):<\/p>\n

The Business Analyst will help analyze departmental fiscal data, programs, and operations. This position will provide support in financial analysis including pricing, budgeting, and scenario analysis as well as preparing written and oral budgetary recommendations for implementation throughout department budgets. The Business Analyst will work with departments by providing cross-functional financial analysis and solutions, assisting departmental management staff and other personnel in technical budgetary matters during meetings and in the general preparation and administration of the budget. This position will also provide short and long range budgetary projections utilizing economic forecasting and financial analytic techniques to assess the impact of budget changes and legislative requirements.<\/p>\n

The Software Development Manager (SDM) is responsible for the daily management duties of CSD\u2019s Technology+Design Studio (T+DS), which is an innovative space where new products and services that positively impact the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community are created. The SDM is a product guru and supports a high-energy team of designers, developers, programmers, and engineers. The SDM executes product architectural decisions, development processes, and coding practices. The SDM works in close collaboration with the President on product strategy. The SDM also works alongside the Project Management Office (PMO) to define and manage performance expectations from the conception to deployment phase of the product development life cycle.<\/p>\n

The Systems Administrator is responsible for providing technical support and systems administration in an enterprise environment and mobile computing platforms. The System Administrator is also responsible for delivering superior service to users, through the direction of senior Technology Group staff, while quickly learning and implementing new technology solutions. This position also will regularly confer with other technology specialists such as database administrators, software developers and systems administrators along with users in regards to current and prospective system changes and identification of future needs.<\/p>\n
