\"RIT_Alumni_Logo_Transparent\"<\/a>The RIT Office of Alumni Relations and School of Photographic Arts and Sciences invite you to take part in the celebration of the 28th Big Shot. The Big Shot, often described as painting with light, involves hundreds of volunteers, armed with flashlights and camera flashes, illuminating a distinctive landmark during an extended exposure. Past Big Shot subjects have included the Alamo in San Antonio, the Royal Palace in Stockholm, and the U.S.S. Intrepid in New York. This year we are delighted to announce that the Big Shot photo project will take place at Cowboys Stadium.<\/p>\n

To celebrate, we will be hosting a private alumni reception prior to the Big Shot beginning at 6:00 pm. The reception will take place inside the stadium and will feature a full gourmet sandwich buffet, unlimited soda and water and cash bar. NTID President Gerry Buckley will be attending the reception and Big Shot. Come join our NTID alumni during this fun event! The Big Shot and reception are open to all RIT\/NTID alumni and their families! Interpreting will be provided.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Schedule:
\nAlumni Reception: 6:00-8:00pm
\nBreak into teams and photograph: 8:00 – 9:30pm<\/p>\n

PLEASE NOTE: Participants must wear black or dark clothing and bring a flashlight or hand held strobe. We suggest wearing comfortable shoes as you may be standing for long periods of time. Use of laser pointers is prohibited and will result in removal from the event. Due to space limitations, unregistered attendees will not be admitted to the reception.<\/p>\n
