Richland College government funded program to assist young people that want to go to college,
\nbut can’t afford it. It is absolutely FREE – NO special qualifications, etc., <\/p>\n
Just ready to go up to the age of 21. <\/p>\n
The program offers a full scholarship that will pay for tuition, books and even lunch and a
\nbus pass to Richland Jr. College. <\/p>\n
He is just trying to spread the word because everything that is not allocated by September 17, 2007
\ngoes back to the State <\/p>\n
They will also accept anyone that had problems with the Task Testing, GED level, etc.,
