We want to remind you about our sign language class starting on November 5th. To sign up for the class, please go to our website at www.texomadeafclub.org Everyone is welcome to learn sign language in the class. Please spread the word to everyone about this. <\/p>\n
Learning sign language can be one of the most rewarding investments you can make. It will give you a better depth of understanding in communicating with the deaf community. This is information you can learn just for fun or you never know when you may meet someone who is deaf in your everyday life and just make conversation or be able to help someone out. You may even find a new passion and go on to community college and become a certified interpreter. <\/p>\n
Fall 2007 Class
\n* Mail-in and registration form must be submitted by October 19, 2007
\n* Fall Class meet at Sherman Elks Lodge on Monday and Thursday nights, beginning November 5, 2007, at 7:00-9:30 p.m. <\/p>\n

* Beginning sign language class is offered for 14 weeks on Monday and Thursday nights from 7:00 to 9:30 p.m. No class will be on December 21, 2007 to January 6, 2008.
\n* The cost is $75.00 per person per class includes a book.
\n* Texoma Council for the Deaf is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We welcome all interested students, regardless of race, religion, creed, age or disability. <\/p>\n
